Aaron Visaggio is an associate professor at the Department of Engineering at the University of Sannio, where he teaches 'Security of Networks and Software Systems' in the Master of Science in Computer Engineering course. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering. He has been a lecturer in university master courses at Tor Vergata and at the University of Bari. He is currently a lecturer at the International School of Higher Education for the Prevention and Combating of Organised Crime, set up by the Ministry of Defence. He directs the ISWATLAB research laboratory, on blockchain and malware analysis. He is director of the Unisannio for the CINI National Laboratory of Cyber security. He is also scientifically responsible for several funded research projects in cybersecurity, covering network security, malware analysis and data protection. His research interests are: malware analysis, data privacy and data protection, software security, empirical software engineering.
