In Defence Tech they currently collaborate more than 250 people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our employees are divided between the offices in Rome, La Spezia, Avezzano, Taranto and Naples, plus the local operating unit in Amsterdam and other employees located in other Italian cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can one work effectively and synergistically when there are several workplaces?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating aggregation and facilitating communication has always been a priority for us. Especially for employees working on the same project thousands of kilometres away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we created a internal corporate intranet<\/strong>, a virtual workspace where we can give and receive documents and information, stay up-to-date on company changes and events, and easily access all the platforms we use on a daily basis to carry out our work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Intranet is an advantage not only for those who work with us, but also for the customer. It reflects a punctual and aggregated organisation, synonymous with work done efficiently and seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is especially for Defence Tech employees, however, that the Intranet proves to be a great advantage. Less scattering of information, less time wasted searching for documents in multiple folders or subfolders, against a better knowledge of one's colleagues <\/strong>to increase the sense of community that today constitutes the working base of Defence Tech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the duty of every company to facilitate the working life of its employees by offering the most suitable tools to carry out their work with as few obstacles as possible.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
