We say this often because we believe in it, and we are always witnessing it with new and frequent entrants. In the last month alone, the Defence Tech family has expanded with more <strong>six talents<\/strong>distributed between the Finance, Administration, Engineering and Space orbits.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let's find out who they are and how they are facing the first months of this new adventure!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Giampiero<\/strong>I sent my application for the open position of Treasury Manager, as I was very intrigued by the sector in which the company operates. Not surprisingly, I would like to learn about the Cyber Security sector, which is completely new to me. Why did I choose to join Defence Tech? Because of the high growth prospects of the company and the desire to find a young and dynamic environment, where it is the skills of the people that make the difference\".\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Matthew<\/strong>I joined the company as a clerk in the Administration, Finance and Control department. Before Defence Tech I had many other work experiences, even outside the world of business, but none had ever given me the answers I am finding here: professionalism, a youthful and innovative environment, teamwork, dynamism, flexibility, and orderly management of obligations'.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Michael<\/strong>I consider myself lucky to be part of this reality, and I am thrilled with the role assigned: HW-FW-SW designer. Months ago, when I was looking for a new adventure, I happened to come across Defence Tech on LinkedIn. As luck would have it, some of my acquaintances were already working within the company and advised me to try and apply. Choosing was easy: being part of one of the best companies in Italy that deals with design and national defence is a boast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Roberto<\/strong>After being contacted for an initial interview, I read up on the various types of services offered by Defence Tech and immediately realised that this was the company with which I wanted to grow professionally. Being able to work in the 'Galileo' project as Mission Controller is a great gratification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karen<\/strong>I met Defence Tech during the master's course in 'Space Science and Technology' at Tor Vergata.  I was immediately struck by the enthusiasm of the people and immediately thought it could be a stimulating working environment. Defence Tech's fascinating environment and collaborations with important companies left me in no doubt when the opportunity of a job here arrived.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Simone<\/strong>I was working in another city and in a very different sector, but when I was contacted by Talent Acquisition on LinkedIn, I immediately started thinking that maybe I could change everything. After the interview and the hiring, I immediately felt that I had made the right choice: I perceived that seriousness and professionalism that nowadays are prerogatives that are hard to find. I will be the Mission Controller for the 'Galileo' project at the Fucino Space Centre: there are many things to learn, but I feel stimulated and excited enough to do it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Welcome and good work!<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siamo alla continua ricerca di talenti.
