The news is one that should make us extremely proud, because it sanctions a very important achievement and responsibility:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, a Press Release was released to the markets regarding the approval by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the amendments to the Articles of Association of Defence Tech Holding, related to the adoption of the status of 'Benefit Society'<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The adoption of this status enshrines the Group's commitment to pursuing objectives of common benefit, with the aim of creating shared value also on components of social progress and respect for the environment that are increasingly important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, Defence Tech has specifically identified and integrated the following among its corporate objectives in its Articles of Association three purposes of common benefit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Protecting the planet<\/strong>reducing our emissions and promoting the responsible use of resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Reducing the digital divide<\/strong>Promoting access to technology and the web to reduce the digital divide among sections of the population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Valuing people<\/strong> and full realisation of the gender equality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An achievement of which we are very proud and which certifies, this time officially, the social impact objectives that all of us at Defence Tech want to (and must) pursue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
