The Defence Tech Group, through its subsidiary NEXT Ingegneria di Sistemi S.p.A., boasts an accredited Evaluation Centre (CE.VA.), which is responsible for evaluating the conformity of products and systems with predefined safety requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The centre is qualified to conduct security assessments in accordance with the 'National Scheme for the Evaluation and Certification of Information Technology Security, for the Protection of Classified Information, Concerning the Internal and External Security of the State', in accordance with the international standard ISO IEC15408 'Common Criteria'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In order to achieve these goals, Defence Tech has undertaken substantial investments, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- provision of technologically advanced areas for the physical and electromagnetic protection of equipment and information;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- training of highly qualified professionals;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- drafting internal safety regulations in accordance with international reference standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Defence Tech's CE.VA. offers services that include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- security assessments of ICT products and systems according to the Common Criteria (ISO\/IEC 15408), for the purpose of certification by DIS\/UCSE;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- evaluation of Security Targets or Protection Profiles;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- assistance to companies during the certification process in drawing up the necessary documentation for an evaluation according to the Common Criteria (ISO\/IEC 15408).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since its accreditation in 2021, the centre has managed to win several contracts with major players in the Aerospace and Defence sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
