{"id":17639,"date":"2023-03-29T17:35:16","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T15:35:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.defencetech.it\/?p=17639"},"modified":"2025-03-27T13:20:03","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T12:20:03","slug":"defence-tech-financial-results-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tinextadefence.it\/en\/defence-tech-financial-results-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Defence Tech Financial Results 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Board of Directors of Defence Tech Holding approves the financial results as at 31 December 2022, which show sustained growth in revenue and EBITDA also for 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The effectiveness of the three-pronged strategy is confirmed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The centrality of accredited laboratories for national security;<br>The development of the Cyber Factory for the realisation of proprietary Cyber Security products;<br>The growth of the Communication &amp; Control System business line focused on the defence and space markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the main consolidated results as at 31 December 2022:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revenues: EUR 19.5 million (vs. EUR 17.3 million in 2021), +12.4% compared to the 2021 YoY budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EBITDA Adj3: EUR 8.1 million (vs EUR 6.7 million in 2021), +20% vs 2021 with EBITDA Margin Adj 36.5% (35.4% in 2021)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EBITD Adj4: EUR 5.9 million (vs. EUR 5.7 million in 2021), with EBIT Margin Adj of 26.9% (30.1% in 2021)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Net profit up to EUR 4.2 million (EUR 3.7 million), +12.3% YoY<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NFP positive (net cash) at EUR 5.8 million (vs. EUR 12.3 million in 2021)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capital expenditure of EUR 24.3 million (EUR 5.5 million), of which EUR 7.4 million in tangible and intangible assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.defencetech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1680020445_18-DTH_CS_FY2022_-CDA-approva-risultatie-conomico-finanziari-al-31.12.2022-1.pdf\">Read the communiqu\u00e9 here<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il consiglio di amministrazione di Defence Tech Holding approva i risultati economico-finanziari al 31 dicembre 2022, che evidenzia una sostenuta crescita di ricavi ed EBITDA anche per il 2022.
