In December, we started a course with Myliapartner that accompanies people and companies towards growth objectives.
Since then, we have made the first two appointments, with the aim of aligning our Defenders - on DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), to connect them to the Group's future initiatives related to the empowerment of people and full realisation of gender equality.
During the next appointments, we will present the intervention levels and organise events and trainings on DE&I topics.
