Very often, the end of the year coincides with budgets and final accounts, but, for some, it is the start of a new career path.
The same path that Davide, Michela and Christian, the three new faces of Defence Tech, took between November and December.
Let's get to know them in more detail and find out how they are facing the first months of this new adventure!
David: 'Joining forces is always a winning weapon and an opportunity for new and further possibilities. In my opinion, this is true both in the defence sector, in which the division in which I was placed operates, both at the level inside companywhere cohesion makes the difference between the various ecosystems present. At Defence Tech, I am savouring precisely this great value and hope very much to be able to make my contribution.
MichelaMy legal studies have allowed me to undertake, over time, extremely different professional paths, but with the common denominator of teamwork and public relations. In Defence Tech, I have found precisely these peculiarities: a natural propensity for collaboration and confrontation, based on a constant and constructive exchange'.
ChristianI was hired at Defence Tech as a Secure Operations Engineer to work in the CLA Ops sector in Galileo, at Telespazio. I had been a high-tech machine maintainer, I had learned to work in electron microscopy, I was a foreman and I managed people and critical issues, but, after eighteen years, I had lost my motivation: all too much of the same. Defence Tech's recruiting department contacted me at that sensitive moment; having ascertained the goodness of the Group's project, I had no doubts and hastily accepted the job'.
Welcome and good work!
