The fact that this is his first job in a large company does not mean that he lacks experience. Quite the contrary: Giuseppe, now a senior accountant for Defence Tech, has a long operational background in various professional firms, a sector he left only to join our holding company.
"I have always worked in professional firms. I had never had the opportunity to work in a company, which I always wanted to do. A little over two years ago the opportunity came to me and I jumped at it. The corporate environment, as opposed to that of a firm, is different and, moreover, the activity at Defence Tech was very attractive. The environment is serene, youthful and collaborative, which I consider indispensable for achieving any goal," he says.
Talking about his daily work for the company, he goes on to say that: "In my work, the same data must be viewed from two aspects: accounting and tax. One starts with the accounting work and then moves on to the tax work. In the first phase, one must already be projected on the fiscal effects. Finding a way to have a more advantageous fiscal impact for the company is certainly rewarding'.
His eye is certainly one of the most experienced and informed on the future of the company. And his view, consequently, is very clear on the prospects ahead. "We are currently in a period of growth," he comments on the subject, "and I believe it will lead us to be a reference point for our country.
In his spare time, having put down his account books and calculators, he is a keen sportsman of functional gymnastics.
