Today, Defence Tech is dedicated to training 12 young PhD students from different European countries.
Alessio, Silvia and Alessandro are at the Sheffield University in England, for a Mini MBA involving students awarded a European scholarship.
The Workshop focuses on Proposal and Project Management and is part of SWATNeta larger European project that will also lead 3 of them to undertake a 3-month period within Defence Tech.
These initiatives are a great way for PhD students to integrate practical and theoretical training, and it is always a pleasure for us to make our experience available to the talents of the future.
