The Board of Directors of Defence Tech Holding approves the financial results as at 31 December 2022, which show sustained growth in revenue and EBITDA also for 2022.
The effectiveness of the three-pronged strategy is confirmed:
The centrality of accredited laboratories for national security;
The development of the Cyber Factory for the realisation of proprietary Cyber Security products;
The growth of the Communication & Control System business line focused on the defence and space markets.
Below are the main consolidated results as at 31 December 2022:
- Revenues: EUR 19.5 million (vs. EUR 17.3 million in 2021), +12.4% compared to the 2021 YoY budget
- EBITDA Adj3: EUR 8.1 million (vs EUR 6.7 million in 2021), +20% vs 2021 with EBITDA Margin Adj 36.5% (35.4% in 2021)
- EBITD Adj4: EUR 5.9 million (vs. EUR 5.7 million in 2021), with EBIT Margin Adj of 26.9% (30.1% in 2021)
- Net profit up to EUR 4.2 million (EUR 3.7 million), +12.3% YoY
- NFP positive (net cash) at EUR 5.8 million (vs. EUR 12.3 million in 2021)
- Capital expenditure of EUR 24.3 million (EUR 5.5 million), of which EUR 7.4 million in tangible and intangible assets.
