This first quarter of 2023 saw us very active in terms of participating in events concerning the search for new talent to join our group.
In fact, the recruiting activity has never stopped and has generated three more new recruits in this period. Let's get to know them better and discover, through their words, how they face their new job challenge at Defence Tech.
Feliciana: "After graduating in business administration from the University of Salerno, I started my professional career in Management Control, working in various company contexts, from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinationals with various tasks, setting me on my way to what has become my profession over time. Mine is a job that does not allow superficiality as it has to be scrupulous and requires a lot of dedication, values that I also found at Defence Tech, a reality that will certainly allow me great personal and professional growth'.
Gaetano: "This new professional adventure marks an important step in my professional career. I am very excited and happy about my new job, I find it stimulating. Moreover, I find it rewarding to work on such important projects for the country. [...] Defence Tech certainly plays a key role in national security, dealing with multiple aspects of different strategic sectors.
Dario: "I worked as an IT manager for 13 years, then the big jump to Defence Tech. [...] Initially, I left a familiar place where I felt at home, and so I was a little afraid of leaving my 'comfort zone' to start a more stimulating and unexplored activity. [...] I made this choice for personal and professional growth, seeing in Defence Tech a serious company with excellent growth prospects.
