Donexit
Donexit is an operating company specialising in the provision of services and the development of solutions in the Cyber Security realm, with the aim of strengthening governance models and security systems for critical infrastructures. Core services include Cyber Risk Advisory, the Malware & Threat Intelligence Unit and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), which allow Donexit to support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a cyber incident, from prevention to response and recovery.
Products are designed to increase the resilience of organisations against a wide range of cyber threats – such as illegal eavesdropping, malware and ransomware – through the adoption of proprietary deception and secure communications technologies. The Company’s expertise as a reliable system integrator in complex projects, where it provides advanced know-how in the development and integration of state-of-the-art technology solutions, completes its products and services offer.
Next
Next Ingegneria dei Sistemi is a strategic Italian company with consolidated experience in the Defence, Space and National Security sectors. The company specialises in the design, development and integration of complex high-tech systems – from the identification of needs, design and development to integration and operational support services – drawing on the over 20 years of experience of its IT and security specialists.
The company boasts proprietary solutions in Surveillance and Data Intelligence, as well as dedicated and accredited security technology laboratories such as Ce.Va. (the Evaluation Centre is qualified to perform security evaluations in accordance with the “National Framework for information technology security evaluation and certification, for the purposes of protecting classified information, concerning Italy's domestic and external security”, in accordance with the international standard ISO IEC15408 «Common Criteria».)
The company collaborates on an ongoing basis with prestigious Italian universities for research and development activities oriented towards new technologies.
Foramil
Foramil is the Group company specialising in electronic technologies. The company supports customers and partners in engineering, component supply, obsolescence management, refurbishment and modernisation of systems, special component design, as well as in-house production of full-custom electronic solutions. The company also provides design, physical and functional integration, setting to work assistance and testing services for transmission and communication subsystems in the naval field (combat and radar systems) and waveguide, radio frequency, fibre optic and copper transmission and communication systems.
Foramil also designs and implements structural, plant and procedural measures necessary to meet security requirements for information processing up to the SECRET level.
Innodesi
Innovation Design (Innodesi) is an electronic design company specialising in the development and integration of electronic systems for communications and industrial applications. The company’s distinguishing feature is its “full device production cycle” service, which includes design services for software, hardware and mechanical products. Innodesi provides on-demand hardware/software development, embedded software migration and integration, hardware and software selection consultancy, testing and quality assurance services.
