The Board of Directors of Defence Tech Holding approves the financial results as at 30 June 2024, which show sustained growth in revenues and EBITDA, thanks to the contribution of all business lines.
Below are the main consolidated results as at 30 June 2024:
- INCOMEEuro 13.9 mln, +40.5% (Euro 9.9 mln in 1H2023);
- EBITDA AdjEuro 4.3m, +2.2% (Euro 4.2m in 1H2023), with EBITDA Margin Adj: 29.2% (40.2% in 1H2023);
- EBIT AdjEuro 3.0 mln, stable compared to the previous half-year (Euro 3.1 mln in 1H2023) due to higher depreciation of Euro 1.3 mln (Euro 1.1 mln in 1H2023);
- Net ProfitEuro 4.2 mln (Euro 1.6 mln in 1H2023);
- Positive NFP (net cash): EUR 2.2m (positive EUR 0.1m as at 31 December 2023).
