On 16 July, the "Secure communications and post-quantum encryption: the CM111IP-C cipher"organised by Tinexta Defence together with Tinexta Cyber and Leonardoat the Sala Agorà in the Vetra Building, Milan.
It was an important opportunity for discussions with institutions, experts and stakeholders from the banking and insurance sector, during which the CM111IP-C Dial CM111IP-Cthe new solution developed by Next Ingegneria dei Sistemi S.p.A. (Group Tinexta Defence) and Leonardo Electronics for the protection of communications, responding to the requirements of the NIS2 Directive, which requires public and private entities operating in critical sectors to adopt 'appropriate and proportionate' obligations for the protection of information systems and communications.
The event was opened by the CEO of the Tinexta Group, Pier Andrea Chevallardwhich was followed by speeches from our CEO Emilio GisondiDG of Tinexta Cyber Andrea Monti and of Stefano Manganelli Senior Vice President Avionics Line of Business of Leonardo's Electronics Division. The event was enhanced by the participation of prominent institutional and academic figures, such as the prefect Milena Antonella Rizzi Head of the Regulation Service of the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) and the Prof. Marco Baldico-author of the LEDA algorithm and member of the Quantum Technologies Coordination Group of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
