Carmine: "I feel I can learn to work in a more systematic and more conscious way. A decision made today can influence not only my work, but also that of others".
Vittorio: "Working at Defence Tech I can definitely learn a lot, not only from a knowledge point of view. I feel surrounded by very competent people and I think that from each of my colleagues I can learn a lot about the world of work in general and what it can mean to work in a team on major projects.
