INSTITUTIONAL PLACEMENT SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED WITH 5 TIMES MORE DEMAND THAN SUPPLY
OFFER PRICE OF EUR 3.50 PER SHARE AND CAPITALISATION OF EUR 89 MILLION
TRADING SCHEDULED TO START ON 29 OCTOBER 2021
Milan 27 October 2021 - Defence Tech Holding S.p.A., parent company of one of the leading leader in the field of cyber security, of the big data, of theintelligence, space and national defence, announces that today Borsa Italiana S.p.A. has ordered the admission to listing of the ordinary shares of Defence Tech Holding on Euronext Growth Milan (formerly AIM Italia) market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. after the successful closing of the reserved placement exclusively addressed to Italian and foreign qualified and institutional investors with a demand that exceeded five times the total number of shares offered received from approximately 80 institutional investors.
The start date of trading is set for 29 October 2021. In consideration of the requests received in the reserved placement, a total of 7,142,857 newly issued ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005461329) were allocated from the capital increase to service the placement, for a total countervalue of Euro 25 million. The shareholders Comunimpresa S.r.l., Starlife S.r.l. and Ge.Da. Europe- S.r.l. did not exercise their right to increase through the offer for sale.
