Since 2009, he has been CEO of Tinexta S.p.A., where he has also been General Manager since 2015; from 2009 to 2021 he was CEO of Tecno Holding S.p.A.

He has been Chairman of Confcommercio Roma since 2023.

Previously, from November 2001 to December 2014 , he was Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.

He was also Director of Promos (Azienda Speciale CCIAA di Milano), CEO of Parcam Srl and Member of the Board of Directors of Fiera Milano Spa.

He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Turin.

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Salerno, an MBA from SDOA. He also served as a lecturer in Strategies at the Centre for the Study of Geopolitics and International Relations, in collaboration with La Sapienza University of Rome. He was part of the working group involved in the privatisation process of Società Autostrade S.p.A., within the Planning and Control Department.

In 2001, he joined Datamat S.p.A. as part of the Strategic Planning and Management Control team during the Group’s IPO process.

From 2003 to 2006, he served as Director of the Study and Strategy Office at Lutech S.p.A.

He also held an executive position at the the Progesi BV Tech Group.

From 2015 to 2017, he served as Executive Vice President of Roma Gas & Power S.p.A., and subsequently as President of Tech Rain S.p.A.

In 2014, he was appointed Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic by President Giorgio Napolitano. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Aspen Institute Italy.

He currently serves as a director of the subsidiaries of Tinexta Defence S.p.A. Benefit Corporation, as well as Chief Information Officer & Public Affairs of Tinexta Defence S.p.A. Benefit Corporation.

He is also the sole director of Starlife Srl, a Tinexta Defence S.p.A. Benefit Corporation holding company.

In addition to his successful entrepreneurialcareer , he has held numerous positions overthe years.

Among the most significant : from 2013 to 2021, he served as President of the CNA – The National Confederation of Craftsmen and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Bologna as well as a member of the General Council of Assocamerestero - Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad.

Since 2016, he has served as Vice-President of the National CNA His current roles his appointment as Board Member of Bologna Fiere SpA since February 2023, membership in the Executive Committee of Unioncamere Italiana since September 2021, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Consorzio Costruisce - Società consortile cooperativa artigiana and Board Member of Tinexta SpA.

Lastly, he also serve sas a Board Member of Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna SpA, listed on the Mercato Telematico azionario, STAR segment.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Cagliari, as well as additional degrees in Economic and Financial Security Sciences from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and in Political Science from the University of Trieste. He also completed a Master's Degree in Corporate Tax Law at the Bocconi University of Milan and another in International Security Advanced Studies at the University of Perugia. Between 1991 and 1992, he attended the Advanced Course in Tax Police, and in 2008-2009, he completed the 60th Session of the IASD at the Centre for Advanced Defence Studies, earning the corresponding diploma. He has also served as a Statutory Auditor since 1995.

During his military career, he held various command positions within the Guardia di Finanza, including the Livorno Provincial Command, the Emilia Romagna Regional Command, the Economic Protection Command in Rome and the Tributary Police School. He has also served as Chief of Staff of the General Command, Interregional Commander of North-Western Italy in Milan and Inspector for Education Institutes.

In the field of intelligence, he served as Director of AISE from 10 December 2018 to 15 May 2020. Subsequently, from 20 May 2020 to 9 May 2023, he served as President of Leonardo Spa, a leading aerospace and defence company.

During this time, he held numerous prominent positions: he was a member of the Board of Directors and Council of Assonime, the Board of Directors of the Istituto della Enciclopedia Italiana Treccani, the Board of Directors of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI), the Board of Directors of ISPI, the Board of Directors of the Associazione Amici dei Lincei, and the International Board of the Council for Relations between Italy and the United States (CONSIUSA). He was also Honorary President of the Fondazione Leonardo - Civiltà delle Macchine.
Carta is also recognized for his academic contributions . He has taught at the University of L'Aquila, the Luiss School of Management, the Tax Police School and the Guardia di Finanza Corps Academy. He was editor of the 'Rivista della Guardia di Finanza' and of the periodical 'il Finanziere' and is the author of numerous publications on tax issues and studies in specialised magazines and newspapers.

Today, Luciano Carta continues to contribute to the professional and scientific community as Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the LaPresse agency, Senior Advisor on Artificial Intelligence issues for the Vittorio Occorsio Foundation, and as a strategic consultant.

Andrea Rigoni has been with Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. since July 2007, where he served as General Manager of Eurizon Financial Group and Managing Director of Eurizon Solutions. From 2008 to 2011, he served as Managing Director and General Manager of Neos Finance, an Intesa Sanpaolo Group company specialising in Consumer Financing. From 2013 to 2015 he served as Executive Vice President for Security, Cyber security and Information Technology of the Finmeccanica Group (now Leonardo). From 2014 to 2017, he served as Chief Restructuring Officer for the Fortress Investment Group investment fund in New York, and also as Chairman of Gamenet Spa (today Lottomatica).

He also served on the Board of Directors of Consorzio Poste Motori of the Poste Italiane Group (2017-2019), of SDA Express Courier S.p.A. (2017-2019) and Mistral Air srl also of the Poste Italiane Group (2017-2019) and of Galileo Network S.p.A. a company of the Corvallis Holding S.p.A. Group (2019 - 2022).

He is currently an Independent Director of the Board of Directors of DoNext S.p.A., part of the DoValue S.p.A. Group listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, and serve sas the Responsible Officer for Anti-Money Laundering. He holds a degree in law and is registered in the Register of Auditors and Legal Auditors.

Simonetta Acri worked at the SACE Group for over 15 years, holding several senior roles. She contributed to the development of new operational areas, expanded the product portfolio, strengthened support to Italian supply chains and the MID and SME segments, and giving strong impetus to the creation of the commercial network, up to the position of Chief Sales Officer and member of the Management Team. From 2020 to 2022, still at SACE in the role of Chief MID Market Officer, she managed the Italian Government's extraordinary interventions liquidity support measures for companies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Previously, following a specialised career in the Export Credit sector, with experience in merchant banks in London and in engineering companies in Italy, she held at Deutsche Bank the role of Regional Head for Structured Trade & Export Finance products for Southern Europe and North Africa. Since January 2023, shehas served and Independent Board Member & Senior Advisor Corporate and Banking Sector, as well as Senior Advisor of Cherry Bank S.p.A. as of June 2023. She Previouslyserved on the Board of Directors of Veneto Sviluppo S.p.A. (from 2016 to 2019), Simest S.p.A. (2017-2019), Fondo Italiano d'Investimento (2019 - April 2022) and SACE FCT S.p.A. (2016 - June 2022). She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of 21Invest SGR and of BdM Banca - ex-Popolare di Bari - (as Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee). She graduated with honors in Political Science from the University of Padua.

Degree in Business Administration from the University of Naples 'Federico II' with an MBA in Business Management achieved with high merit in 2008 by winning a scholarship provided by Invitalia S.p.A. from which she was selected in the first months of attendance as the best MBA profile.

After a brief experience in Invitalia S.p.A., he immediately held increasingly important roles in the management of Administration, Finance and Control of companies operating in the defence sector, theInformation Technology, of Cyber and National Security. In addition, she was Treasury Manager in companies operating in theEnergy.

He obtained an Executive Master in Finance (EMF) at SDA Bocconi in 2020, with a specialisation in Corporate Finance & Control and, in 2022, a further specialisation track in Asset, Wealth Management also at SDA Bocconi.

For over five years it has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Defence Tech Group, whose listing process he followed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana.

From 2017 to 2024, she was a member of the boards of directors of all the legal entity of the Defence Tech Group with delegated powers over their financial management and from October 2021 to October 2024 was a Board Member of the Holding Company.

It is currently also Investor Relations Manager of the listed Defence Tech and follows all ESG issues of the Group.

In July 2021, she was recognised by Federmanager as one of the best talents under 44 at national level, receiving an important award as Young Manager 2020.
