Pier Andrea Chevallard
Chair of the Board of Directors
Since 2009, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Tinexta Spa where he has also held the position of General Manager since 2015; from 2009 to 2021, he was Chief Executive Officer of Tecno Holding S.p.A.
He has been President of Confcommercio Roma since 2023.
Previously, November 2001-December 2014, he served as Secretary General of the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
He was also Director of Promos (Azienda Speciale CCIAA di Milano), Managing Director of Parcam Srl and Member of the Board of Directors of Fiera Milano Spa.
He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Turin.
Emilio Gisondi

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Salerno, an MBA from SDOA, and was a lecturer in Strategies at the Centre for the Study of Geopolitics and International Relations in cooperation with La Sapienza University of Rome. Member of the working team in the privatisation process of Società Autostrade S.p.A. in the Planning and Control Department.
In 2001 he joined the Datamat S.p.A. during the Group's IPO process within the Strategic Planning and Management Control team.
From 2003 until 2006, he was appointed Director of the Study and Strategy Office of the Lutech S.p.A.
He has been a company executive with the Progesi BV Tech Group.
From 2015 to 2017 he was Executive Vice President of Roma Gas & Power S.p.A. and later President of Tech Rain S.p.A.
Appointed Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic by Italian President Giorgio Napolitano in 2014, he currently holds the position of Member of the Board by Aspen Institute Italy.
Pietro Forgione

He has held several positions as CEO in companies with cyber DNA.
He is currently a director of the subsidiaries of Defence Tech Holding SpA, as well as Chief Information Officer & Public Affairs of Defence Tech SpA.
He is also the sole director of Starlife Srl, a Defence Tech holding company.
Valerio Veronesi

In addition to his successful entrepreneurial activities, he has held multiple positions over time.
To mention the main ones: from 2013 to 2021 he was President of the CNA - National Confederation of Craftsmen and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Bologna as well as a member of the General Council of Assocamerestero - Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad.
He has been Vice-President of the National CNA since 2016. His current positions also include the recent appointment as Board Member of Bologna Fiere SpA from February 2023, as a member of the Executive Committee of Unioncamere Italiana from September 2021, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Consorzio Costruisce - Società consortile cooperativa artigiana and as Board Member of Tinexta SpA.
Lastly, among the positions held, there is the role of Board Member of Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna SpA listed on the Mercato Telematico azionario, STAR segment.
Luciano Carta
Director
A graduate in Law from the University of Cagliari, he holds two further degrees: in Economic and Financial Security Sciences from the University of Rome 'Tor Vergata' and in Political Science from the University of Trieste. He also completed a Master's Degree in Corporate Tax Law at the Bocconi University of Milan and one in International Security Advanced Studies at the University of Perugia. During 1991-1992, he attended the Advanced Course in Tax Police and, in 2008-2009, the 60th Session of the IASD at the Centre for Advanced Defence Studies, obtaining the relevant diploma. He has also been a Statutory Auditor since 1995.
During his military career, he has held various command roles within the Guardia di Finanza, including the Livorno Provincial Command, the Emilia Romagna Regional Command, the Economic Protection Command in Rome and the Tributary Police School. He has also served as Chief of Staff of the General Command, Interregional Commander of North-Western Italy in Milan and Inspector for Education Institutes.
In the intelligence field, he was Director of AISE from 10 December 2018 to 15 May 2020. Subsequently, from 20 May 2020 to 9 May 2023, he took over as President of Leonardo Spa, a leading aerospace and defence company.
During this time, he has held many important positions: he was a member of the Board of Directors and Council of Assonime, the Board of Directors of the Istituto della Enciclopedia Italiana Treccani, the Board of Directors of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI), the Board of Directors of ISPI, the Board of Directors of the Associazione Amici dei Lincei, and the International Board of the Council for Relations between Italy and the United States (CONSIUSA). He was also Honorary President of the Fondazione Leonardo - Civiltà delle Macchine.
Carta is also known for his academic activities. He has taught at the University of L'Aquila, the Luiss School of Management, the Tax Police School and the Guardia di Finanza Corps Academy. He was editor of the 'Rivista della Guardia di Finanza' and of the periodical 'il Finanziere' and is the author of numerous publications on tax issues and studies in specialised magazines and newspapers.
Today, Luciano Carta continues to contribute to the professional and scientific community as Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the LaPresse agency, Senior Advisor on Artificial Intelligence issues for the Vittorio Occorsio Foundation, and as a strategic consultant.
Andrea Rigoni

Andrea Rigoni has been at Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. since July 2007. General Manager of Eurizon Financial Group and Managing Director of Eurizon Solutions. From 2008 to 2011 he served as Managing Director and General Manager of Neos Finance, an Intesa Sanpaolo Group company specialising in Consumer Financing. From 2013 to 2015 he served as Executive Vice President for Security, Cyber security and Information Technology of the Finmeccanica Group (now Leonardo). From 2014 to 2017, he was Chief Restructuring Officer for the Fortress Investment Group investment fund in New York, as well as Chairman of Gamenet Spa (today Lottomatica ).
He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Consorzio Poste Motori of the Poste Italiane Group (2017-2019), of SDA Express Courier S.p.A. (2017-2019) and Mistral Air srl also of the Poste Italiane Group (2017-2019) and of Galileo Network S.p.A. a company of the Corvallis Holding S.p.A. Group (2019 - 2022).
He is currently an Independent Director of the Board of Directors of DoNext S.p.A. of the DoValue S.p.A. Group listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and Responsible Officer for Anti-Money Laundering. He has a degree in law and is registered in the Register of Auditors and Legal Auditors.
Simonetta Acri

Simonetta Acri has been in the SACE group for more than 15 years, covering various first-level roles and contributing to the development of new operational areas, expanding the product portfolio, strengthening support to Italian supply chains and the MID and SME segments and giving strong impetus to the creation of the commercial network, up to the position of Chief Sales Officer and member of the Management Team. Finally, in the 2020-2022 period, still at SACE in the role of Chief MID Market Officer, he managed the Italian Government's extraordinary interventions in support of liquidity for companies to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic crisis and the consequences of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Previously, after a specialised professional activity in the Export Credit sector, with experience in merchant banks in London and in engineering companies in Italy, he held at Deutsche Bank the role of Regional Head for Structured Trade & Export Finance products for Southern Europe and North Africa. As of January 2023, she is Independent Board Member & Senior Advisor Corporate and Banking Sector, as well as Senior Advisor of Cherry Bank S.p.A. as of June 2023. Previously, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Veneto Sviluppo S.p.A. (from 2016 to 2019), Simest S.p.A. (2017-2019), Fondo Italiano d'Investimento (2019 - April 2022) and SACE FCT S.p.A. (2016 - June 2022). She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of 21Invest SGR and of BdM Banca - ex-Popolare di Bari - (as Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee). She graduated cum laude in Political Science from the University of Padua.
