But how did she come to Defence Tech? She explains:
"After the closure of the Rome office of the company I was working for, my search for a new professional opportunity in a context in which I could best express the experience and skills gained over the years. I came into contact with different realities, different in terms of sector, size and type of business. Defence Tech seemed to me the most suitable context to accommodate my professional needs. It is a reality that values people first and foremost and then, of course, the professionalism. I was struck by the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that I could see right away'.
For Giusy, the most important thing in work is to feel like a member of a team:
“I like feeling part of a teamto commit myself day by day with enthusiasm and responsibility. It also gratifies me to always be able to put my own spin on what I do, trying to give a soul even to seemingly anonymous or impersonal activities. And this represents my personal professional challenge'.
Life outside Defence Tech is all about thepersonal enrichment:
"I love theatre, reading (I devour everything), ethnic cuisine. I am passionate about psychology, functional furniture, writing styles. I enjoy spending my free time with my family, seeing friends, travelling and discovering new places and cultures'.
