The beating heart of all organisations is the people in them.
Our Defenders are Defence Tech, which is why we decided to support them with investments for their training and that of their children.
All this falls under the broader ESG plan, which also aims to enhance people through the use of:
- university bonus: the Group pays a bonus for the university enrolment of workers and their children for the duration of the study course;
- Training and orientation traineeships: 99% of trainees at the end of the training period are employed;
- support for schooling: Defence Tech provided a cash amount to support the Defenders' expenses for their children's education.
In this way, we aim to have a positive impact both on the economic well-being of those working in Defence Tech and on their cultural enhancement and personal fulfilment.
