Talking about peace today is not easy. For several months now, war, the exact opposite of peace, has been so close we can almost feel it at home. An imagery that our generations have only experienced reflexively, in the stories of films and older people at home.
This reminds us of something we have long taken for granted: no acquired right is an eternal right. The right to peace, to a peaceful life, to survival itself, can fail at any moment, sometimes unpredictably.
On this day, we want to invite everyone to this reflection. To the fact that what we do every day, and in Defence Tech also in our daily work, is to help maintain rights that we cannot take for granted.
Our actions, all our actionshave meaning if they help the community, and do not trample on those very rights that we then clamour for. Like that of Peace.
Hoping to see the weapons laid down as soon as possible.
