That Defence Tech is always on the lookout for new talent and often welcomes new resources is a certainty, and with the same passion it has always been concerned with the growth of the resources already within the group.
And this is confirmed by a figure such as Robertawhich entered into force in Next in 2000 and has experienced the Group's expansion at first hand:
“It was a natural path, but one that required a lot of commitment and hard work to integrate into a very structured, organised and ambitious reality like Defence Tech. The satisfaction, both professional and personal, has not been lacking'.
Today, Roberta proudly works in the Training and Recruitment department:
“I really enjoy being able to collaborate with other people, comparing myself with them and looking for solutions together. I have received the greatest satisfaction from some colleagues, who have shown appreciation for the work we have done together and gratitude for the good relationship we have established.
"Today, the team dedicated to Training and Recruiting is evolving and I hope to make a significant impact on the topic of in-house training and the creation of an increasingly solid and effective recruiting infrastructure.
L'love that Roberta dedicates to her work can also be found in the private sphere:
"I have always loved reading, music and dancing; I like to travel to get to know different places and cultures; but, with the arrival of my little girl, I started to dedicate most of my time free from professional commitments to her and my family".
“ [...] it became increasingly difficult to reconcile this role of private life with my working career. However, I have always received great support from my colleagues and the company, and I have been able to continue to dedicate myself with satisfaction to the work I love without having to give up being close to my child'.
