We have been a Benefit Society since 2022 and, since then, we have been working towards common benefit objectives, known as ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) issues.
Specifically, Defence Tech has chosen to pursue three macro-objectives for 2023:
- Protection of the Planet (from reducing energy consumption to using sustainable and recyclable materials);
- Reducing the Digital Divide (from the donation of digital devices to training in schools on conscious use of the Internet and computer writing);
- Valuing people and fully realising gender equality (from family support to incentives for hiring women).
The realisation of some actions may seem difficult to pursue, but we know the path and are determined to follow it to the finish line.
