On 2 July, the project team of the Space Business Unit of Tinexta Defence participated in the workshop 'Fail Safe Orbit - Human Alignment for High Reliability Teams', a team building day hosted in the premises of The Bianca Box and facilitated with the methodology LEGO® Serious Play.
Through a structured process, our Defenders Clelia Benevento, Arianna Calzuola, Erica Elia, Serena Falocco, Natascia Kurek, Flaminia Sarnari, Valeria Mazzaro, Alba Cuevas Casado, Michele Amato, Abu El Ruzz Ibrahim, Mario Corbo, Antonio Cristallo, Emanuele D'Angelo, Alessio Di Salvo, Luca Mancini , Mattia Pacchiarini, Alessandro Rossi worked on their individual and collective awareness, building models representing their own added value (X-Factor), the enabling factors for performance (Y-Factor) and the vision of the team of today and tomorrow.
A valuable opportunity to strengthen identity, cohesion and common vision in the group.
