Just a few days ago, we were introducing three new colleagues. Today, we are already talking about other three new entries that will enrich the Group in as many different areas.
Let's get to know who they are and discover, through their words, how they face their new work challenge at Defence Tech.
Pierluigi: "I soon realised that Defence Tech was different. From the early stages of recruiting, I was seen as a resource and not just a 'supplier'. As far as I'm concerned, the importance of human relationships, in addition to economic gratification, plays a key role in work and in Defence Tech I found this".
Luca: "The sector Defence Tech is in is completely different from those in which I have worked until now. Compared to my previous companies, I see the possibility of both professional and personal growth.
Marco: "I feel that I will learn to interface with large projects without losing the focus on detail. I will learn to use industry-specific and useful tools, techniques and software. In general, I will develop a much more teamworking and goal-oriented approach".
