New year, new faces!
Today we present two new Defenders, both very young, who are settling into their new ecosystem.
Let's get to know them and find out, through their words, how they face the new work challenge in our group.
Giulia: 'I am thrilled to have started on this path, I feel ready but also a little scared after these first weeks. I see the great work behind a project, and I wonder how difficult it is to catch up with my colleagues. But everything can be tackled, and I can't wait to really start collaborating.
Mauro: 'The attention to people is what impressed me so much: you are followed and supported, almost pampered. This makes me feel at ease, especially at the beginning when you have to settle in.
